Birthday, Girls Night Out, Easter

My little sister Alex turns 6 tomorrow, and my cousin Caleb turned 3 today. So where better to celebrate than Chucky Cheese!

Connie treated the 8 of us girls to a musical called "Girl's Night Out". We started the day by having an awesome lunch at Buca Di Beppo then walked over to the theatre for the musical. It was such a fun musical! It was a great girls day!!!

For Easter Kev and I went to Fountain Hills to my Grandma's house. We had a great lunch, and the little ones had a Easter egg hunt...

After we left my Grandma's house we were off to Anthem to spend time with Kev's side of the family. There we ended our day with an AMAZING dinner Connie and Dave prepared for us. Kev's Aunt Tracy, Uncle Paul, and cousin Lucinda we here visiting from California, it was so good to see them! Not only did Connie prepare dinner, she also prepared an Easter egg hunt! I can't tell you how long it's been since i've done that, but I have to say it was dang fun!!! After dinner all us kids went to the park and played 500 with a frisbee....nothing like being a kid again!!!

April Showers...

Although I LOVE living in Arizona ,where it is pure sunshine about 90% of the year. Their is nothing like waking up to a cold rainy day...Hope everyone has a wonderful Easter weekend!

Little Decor...

So we have been working on a lot of stuff around the house and I finally decided on somewhat of a style to decorate...I have no idea what the style is exactly called, but here you go...this was our plain old fireplace before....

And here it is! It is just a start, but I think it is coming alright...

Sister Weekend!

Thursday night my Mom drove the girls out to our house for a Hagan sister weekend. We had a great time spending time together, it's been way to long since the 3 of us girls have just hung out! So sat morning we spent a little time updating out sister pics! Here are a couple:

Home Update...

First off, let me introduce you to one of our neighbors...meet Hank! He lives next door, and never fails to greet me every morning before I leave for work. Anyways on to house projects:

Alot of the projects we have been working on have been outside and garage projects. Kev is creating his dream garage (he definitely has the space! 5 car garage.) We started off with white walls covered in dirty shelves, so Kevin ripped them all out and re-painted the walls yellow or "Lions Mane" to be exact. Now he is working on building his own cabinets, and is doing a fantastic job! They are not finished, but it sure is a great start!!!

Kevin and his Dad have been busy planting shrubs around the house, we also put in some different citrus trees..

Here is a small portion of the back yard, we are going be be planting grass where it steps up and there is a little fire pit up there as well. (Great for roasting marshmallows!) We have many more things we are working on right now, i'll keep ya posted!

Last couple weeks...

Suns Rock!!! Connie, Megan, Sarah, and I went to the Suns vs. Clippers game, we had awesome seats and had an amazing time!!!!

We left for Sedona on Friday, Kev had a job he had to be at in the morning so we decided to stay for the weekend!

We stopped at this store called "Clear creek trading company" This was the most INSANE store I have EVER been in! Ok, so I understand when stores sell animal sculls and antlers.....BUT this did NOT only sell those things...This store had all kind of animal parts, but not just the bones, dead turtle shells, hundreds of different animal teeth, turkey tails, bear faces, beaver pelts, and MUCH more....

Last Couple Weeks...

My Birthday was on January 28th! Big 22! Kevin took me to one of my favorite restaurants and then to Cold Stone for some dessert!! YUM YUM...I have been wanting an elliptical machine for a long time, so my sweet man ordered it for me!!! (See pic below!)

We had everyone over for a super bowl party. Although we lost we still had a good time hanging out and eating!
